Dryvit Outsulation® MD is a drainage EIFS system designed to improve moisture management, energy efficiency, and exterior wall performance. It pairs a liquid-applied air/water-resistive barrier with vertically grooved EPS insulation board to help drain incidental moisture from the wall assembly.

Dryvit Outsulation® MD is an exterior insulation and finish system that combines flashing, an air/water-resistive barrier, Dryvit adhesive, drainage track, vent assembly, EPS insulation board with vertical drainage channels, base coat, reinforcing mesh, and Dryvit finish. The system is designed to create multiple lines of defense against water intrusion by using a reinforced base coat, engineered drainage insulation, and a tested air/water-resistive barrier. Outsulation MD is commonly used on commercial and residential exterior wall projects where applicators need continuous insulation, drainage EIFS performance, moisture protection, and a wide range of acrylic finish colors, textures, and specialty finishes. This system is a strong option for projects requiring energy-efficient EIFS cladding with enhanced drainage and long-term building envelope protection.
