Spectrem® 3 is a single-component, low-modulus, non-staining neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated for EIFS, porous stone, masonry, metal panels, and precast concrete joints. Its low-modulus, low-hardness properties help reduce stress on EIFS and sensitive substrates, while low dirt pickup and textured finish options support improved exterior façade aesthetics. With primerless adhesion to most porous substrates, UV-stable performance, and ±50% movement capability, Spectrem 3 is ideal for EIFS sealant joints, stucco transitions, stone joint sealing, masonry waterproofing, architectural façade joints, and exterior building envelope protection.
